We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change! To keep things fair for both our clients and our business, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. One-Time Grace Cancellation: We offer each client a one-time courtesy cancellation. This means if something unexpected comes up and you’re unable to provide 24 hours’ notice, your first late cancellation or no-show will be waived - no fee applied. ⚠️ After Your One-Time Courtesy: After your one-time grace has been used, any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Future Booking Requirement: Once a client has no-showed or canceled without 24 hours’ notice (after the one-time grace has been used), a 50% deposit will be required to secure all future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service. If you fail to provide proper notice again, the deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
